Paying My Rent

Fresh Property is excited to offer our tenants more options for paying their rent. From a simple internet transfer straight into our account to using BPAY, your credit card* or via direct debit with our provider Ezidebit.  *Additional fees may apply.

Tip: To keep your tenant ledger looking perfect, be sure to transfer your rent 2-3 business days prior to the due date to allow time for the funds to clear into Fresh Property account. If you think your rent might be late please contact us.

Maintenance Request

Maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to Fresh Property. This can be completed online via our tenant portal by clicking here or by emailing your Property Manager directly.

It is important you provide as much information as possible and to include photos, as this will help us fast track your request by assisting the tradesmen who will be attending to the matter.

For urgent repairs/emergencies such as a burst water tap, serious roof leak, blocked or broken pipes, dangerous electrical hazards, flooding, storm or fire damage or a failed essential service please call 0426 796 693.

Vacating Your Property

If you are planning on vacating your rental property you must inform our office in writing 28 days prior to your intended vacate date. You can do this by completing Notice to Vacate Form and emailing direct to your Property Manager.

In the event of unplanned circumstances that require you to vacate the property prior to your tenancy agreement expiring, please get in touch with your Property Manager as soon as possible to discuss the break of lease process.

“I was very impressed with how easy Fresh Property was to deal with and I loved their tenant portal”
